Brazilia is a skin care and waxing spa with four locations spread out across San Diego, California. Fun fact: For well over twenty years, Brazilia has been successfully operating via word of mouth! However, when the original founder’s daughter, Excelda took over, she wanted to increase the company’s reach even further by using social media to strengthen their online presence, grow their different locations, and maybe even add a few more! Brazilia offers top-of-the-line medical aesthetic treatments ranging from HydraFacials, threading, sugar waxing, body bronzing, and lash lifts.
Aesthetic Beauty Comes in Many Forms
We started working with Brazilia during the peak of the pandemic—crazy, right?! Many people think that digital marketing is more of a luxury than a necessity. And while we do work in a luxury-based field, businesses of any specialty (not just medical aesthetics) can still market their company digitally and continue to bring in consistent leads and sales.
During such a difficult time, Brazilia knew that they needed extra help to maintain and even strengthen their social media presence to keep their practice afloat. Initially, we developed a plan to primarily market products (as COVID-19 made many businesses shut down their services, according to California laws). Going forward, the team here at MeyCo has been able to grow Brazilia’s social following from there!

Since March 2020, we’ve continued digital marketing for Brazilia. With an expansive treatment menu that many of their patients and audiences now know and love, many regard Brazilia as San Diego’s hub for all things self care.
